Cyber Monday is upon us. Here are the best early deals to take advantage of.

These Wirecutter-approved deals are all under $100—perfect if you’re ready to splurge but don’t want to spend too much.

Deals on Apple gear are rare, which makes these Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts that much more exciting.

Laptop deals are traditionally easy to come by on and around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. But that doesn’t mean those deals are all good.

Technically, Black Friday is today, Nov 25. But we’ve been seeing select “Black Friday” deals worth your time for a few weeks now. The sales tend to keep going through Thanksgiving weekend, although we may not see quite as many worthwhile deals on Saturday and Sunday as we do on Friday. (Don’t forget that Saturday is also known as “Small Business Saturday” to encourage shoppers to look beyond the big-box players.) Cyber Monday is on Nov 28, and by Tuesday the sales frenzy calms down.

Cyber Monday always occurs on the Monday after Thanksgiving, meaning Cyber Monday 2022 officially kicks off on November 28. Official Cyber Monday sales often launch shortly after Black Friday sales end, and only rarely are they better than Black Friday’s offerings. In fact, we’re already seeing some deals that are lower than last year’s Cyber Monday prices.

Traditionally, we’ve found that if a better deal does surface on Cyber Monday, it’s only going to shave a couple more bucks off an item’s price—an additional savings that may not be worth the worry should the item run out of stock. And with the inventory issues of the past couple years, we think that if you see a Black Friday deal first on something you need or want, you should buy it as soon as you can.
